On PS4 I have the most notiable slowdown and even crashed while going from roof to roof with the wide open views. At one point it didnt crash but slowed down to something like .5 frames per second.

Really bad load times and have seen some bad slowdown on the PS4. But apparently im in the minority because am really digging the setting.
