I way outgear it (959 in tank spec) so I never even got punted.

I did both on Demon Hunter and they were laughably easy. For the tank one I was too worried about mechanics instead of just popping drums and killing Kruul. Imprison plus silence makes the tank one in phase one so easy.

This game has a lot higher chance then EQ Next ever did. It has shown actual game play footage and people outside he company are playing.

My guild is actually making a good run of it. We had 17 on Saturday for our Heroic night with another 6 logged in that didn't make the ilvl cut. We do take a lot of diaper breaks though. There's a lot of "My kid is throwing up, brb, pull without me".

And thus the issue of mythic raiding rears it's ugly head. Encounters need to be tuned way up for the top .1% of the game but they are so over tuned that the top 5% of the game has serious issues with it and gets burnt out. No one wants to do 300 pulls of any encounter before beating it.

When I went back to EQ just before LDoN, my guild was in a raiding alliance. We were raiding Vex Thal and Ssra and shit. I think we did Bertox once, wiped in War, did some BoT towers. Mostly it was old shit. It was still fun and relaxed.

The amount of people I know who quit over personal push loot like legendaries is really low. I have never seen someone rage because they didn't get loot on a PL raid. I'm not sure it's true but I'm also not sure it will change anything.
