Yeah E through S you do more damage with more in that stat. Your main weapon should at least be a B in scaling for your main stat, but there is exceptions.

I am using RPG and the machine gun that fires explosive rounds that does fire and physical. RPG is great against everything with nice AoE damage and the machine gun destroys humans with a small AoE burn effect. Maxed health and Energy so the starting super punch is doing 1200+ in a line also...

If you like Salt and Sanctuary check this out. The parry mechanic is how you absorb parts for new traits and fill their version of an Estus flask. Demo plays just past the first boss, well worth the time and if on the fence def. check out the demo.

Never set everything to low, a lot of the times low uses the CPU instead of the GPU.

Grabbed it for PC, it has 0.5 seconds of stutter when it loads a new area, haven't seen any other issues but only played solo so far. I liking it enough to recommend it if you enjoy the genre. Running on all AMD at 60 FPS and 1080P for whatever that is worth.
