I kinda liked some parts of Civ 5. I think they could have remade SMAC with the new combat mechanics and a few other Civ 5 features, but kept all the old flavor stuff, and it would have been actually fun.
This is wrong. They're doing the opposite. With the new changes to the Pro Tour and PTQ formats it definitely makes a much less emphasis on modern than there was in the previous 2 years. All they've done is allowed eternal formats into FNM, which isn't so much promotion as it is an outlet for...
Power supplies don't age very well. If it's under warranty (it should be, 7 years) consider making an excuse to send it back.
That said, I dunno if X99 based systems are even worth it for less than 3 video cards.
In 4 color, I'll take lands over anything that's not insane (where insane = [Abzan Guide, Feat of Resistance, the good uncommons, rares]) until I have 5 or so, then hope to pick up 1-2 more.
In 3 color, not super high.
I amsoooogood at Magic, or my opponents are terrible; it's definitely one of those things.
5th win in a row in 8-4s.
I call this deck:All You Need is Wall.
PS: Anafenza + Alabaster Kirin is a surprisingly huge nonbo.
Well, if people are passing you giant Temur guys you can usually go 'everything but white.' I'd usually advise AGAINST 'everything but black' just because there's important control cards in black, but it could be done if people kept handing you smites and killshots and stuff.
Obviously if you don't see Abzan and Sultai cards getting passed you, you need to move into R/W/x immediately. Like if Ride Downs start getting passed to you, that's a good sign to move in. In every other situation besides being handed Ride Downs as gifts, I'd stick with Sultabzan.
I'd draft a red-based aggro deck if it was actively being passed to me... maybe. Red is has NO control tools and the worst morphs. Sultabazan is the way.
They can't stop you from selling product but the DCI can revoke your ability to run sanctioned events for all sorts of reasons you agree to when you're become a sanctioner.
Feminists are super transphobic in the same way that sorority sluts are super homophobic. It's not shocking.
They're really all the same now. Internet SJW feminists are mostly higher end socio-economic status post-sorority sluts masquerading as intellectuals, and they don't actually give a...
