I wonder if Infernal Blow not being posted yesterday on the L20 preview means they realize that the "buff" is actually shit. Nobody has been able to point out why Infernal Blow was actually changed.

The delay. I actually do care about the delay on flameblast. It's a long time to stand still and not do any damage/leech. You don't have to stand still for frost bomb, but that delay can still be clunky.

How does traps or mines help mitigate the delay on frost bomb?

Inpulsa was already in high demand and the bulk of its price will be dictated by 6L. Arc will influence its price, but not that much. Berek's Grip and Shimmeron will likely be much more expensive though.

Arc/LW Poet's Pen with Inpulsa's and Elementalist. Weapon swap to Arc/Ball Lightning(also getting a buff!) for single target. Not my idea, but I played it last league and it's by far the smoothest T1 map clear build I've played. It's like Flicker Strike without the rough edges.

I'm planning on starting arc elementalist and transitioning into poet's pen arc/lightning warp + arc/ball lightning on weapon swap for single target. The buffs to arc look pretty good. And as long as the buffs to Infernal Blow aren't complete shit, an Infernal Blow Jugg for bossing achievements.
