It's not tied to Good Sumaritan. It's everything but the last quest of Good Sumaritan so you only need like Revered rep (maybe 12000 in to revered?). Since the World Quests give you 250 rep a pop it's really not that hard.

The hunter guide is well done and constantly updated with relevant information.

In the lower difficulties each person needs to contribute less in order to finish on time. Therefore their smaller contribution is less detrimental.

Flying will be gated behind two exalted reps. Nightfallen is one of them. They make Suramar the daily like 2-3 times a week. All the Suramar world quests give more rep then any other faction. It's literally the easiest rep in the game to get to max. CoS and Arc might be some of the easiest...

You need exalted to do that quest. Whether or not you need to do the quest for Nighthold has yet to be seen. All signs point to not having to do it. Those quests are literally the best source of AP in the game so by not doing them you are hurting yourself but that's a personal choice :)

Eh, I like the crossbow for Marksman. The Beastmaster PVP one is pretty sweet. I am mostly waiting for the Beastmaster skin from 7.1.5. It's one of the reasons I started laying hunter.

I know some people who have used Trevy's Painting Table | Facebook and it worked out well for them. Kovaks - That guy looks pretty good. A wash or two on him and the details will really pop.

Depending on your painting level it could go for a lot. Can you get consistent 7s and 8s on CMON or similar sites? If not then painting really won't net you much. Speed painters and Chinese sweat shops do table top level for 2 or 3 bucks a mini.
