I really enjoyed it and rank it best out of the marvel stuff so far. I actually liked the main character better then the villains and side characters. That's how it's supposed to be. You aren't supposed to like a comic book because the villain is cool because villains rotate in and out.

The determining number last expansion was the number of bosses you have defeated in that zone. I would expect it is similar as mine was LFR level and I completed it on normal but only had 12 bosses on normal completed when I turned it in.

The mount speed upgrade requires it. Flying will require it. You get about 50k artifact power from the quests. They are literally the best source of AP in the game.

You did the most difficult one to pull out of all of them. The trash before the first boss should be fired and whoever added them should be fired.

Every boss except Xavius has been downed on Heroic now. I didn't go last night but my guild went. They couldn't down the first boss on heroic. DPS kept dying and the healers were not putting out the numbers they should be. The guilds who are beating it have DPS geared in the 848+ range.

There is no defense for a guy who can be proven to be in the area for something but did not do it. "There is a chance it is this guy" is exactly what you put forth. They absolutely proved that the police did not do their due diligence which should be enough to get him off.
