Bought some WWR at 8.65. Originally bought a month ago at 5, sold at 8, it ran up to 11 last week and then dipped down under 10 on the last two sell offs last week. Graphite play in sympathy with all the EV/Battery craze. I also have 10$ puts for March.

Was able to close out my LAZR 2/19 30$ options for .10, original premium was 1.30. VLDR is looking rough after the ford sell off news, 2/19 22.50$ and its currently out of the money. Sold PLTR 29 strike today for 2.19 1.45 premium.

Fidelity was never fucked, at least on the level of the other brokers as I'm aware. I had no issues all week or the week before during the meme stonks

Yep, SE jax has all the upscale shopping districts and luxury condo's/apartments, so is also nice and gets you away from the rif raf

If it had to be jax, look at the further out suburbs like orange park, it was nice when I drove through there, but yeah, Jax is definitely starting to look like the bigger cities like philly etc. Also, check out St. Augustine too. It's growing quite a bit but without that "urban" feel to it...
