    Shaving

$9/ month is nothing to be proud of. I spend less than that a year for razor blades. Stop buying that disposable shit and get one of these: RazoRock TTO Safety Razor You'll get a better shave, too.

I got that same letter yesterday. My internet was subsequently shut off except for a link to my provider which allowed me to acknowledge a use agreement before they would restore my service. All in all, pretty scary.

    Shaving

Feathers didn't work for me either. The first shave was smooth, but the next wasn't and the third was awful. Astras were better but now I'm using these Crystals AKA Israeli Personnas I shave everyday and I can go almost a week with one blade.

Slight derail. I never give the doctor's office or Blockbuster (your example) my SSN and I'm never denied service. They don't need it, they know that and I think those forms were designed at a time when ID theft was not the big deal it is today. /derail

The "Shit I just bought" thread

These are the ones I have. http://www.nuwaveperfectgreenpan.com/ I bought them primarily because I wanted a pan that was light like aluminum, but induction useable like cast iron. These are. I think the non-stick works pretty well also. We use them in the RV and use Le Crueset stuff at...

The new ceramic cookware is non-stick without the problems associated with Teflon. The stuff I have is also useable on induction cooktops. Here's a link to the ones sold at Kitchen Connection but you can get it lots of places. http://www.kitchencollection.com/coo...ramic-cookware

Get a Goldfish. Pet stores will run specials on 5 or 10 gallon tanks for $20-30. A 'feeder' fish (comet goldfish) can be had for less than fifty cents. You don't need to heat the tank; just use the simplest of filters that comes with the set-up. They're not cats or dogs, but they do respond when...

I've used sound deadening material on outside walls over plywood and under the final finish, in this case it was cedar shake. I don't think it helped much. I would concentrate my efforts on the windows.

    Justified (Season 5 - Jan 7th)

Ok, I lost the plot somewhere along the line. Why is Art so pissed at Raylen for the shootout on the airport tarmac? Maybe I don't remember, but I thought a bad guy got eliminated by some other bad guys.

Streaming video from PC to TV

So using Handbreak, a copied a DVD I own to my hard disc. I encoded only the 5.1 soundtrack. When I play this movie using VLC I get the Dolby Digital Soundtrack (5.1) and using an HDMI cable from computer to receiver, my A/V receiver confirms this. However, if I use PLEX and cast it through a...

Yes that's correct and I've installed the Roku version on the Roku box.
