The biggest issue for me is the mouse smoothing/acceleration. No matter what you do, you can not turn around quickly. Combat is just not smooth with M/KB. 2nd is obviously the online play. Have yet to get it to work with PUG's. My buds and I finally got it to work since we were steam friends...
