Well I know stealth classes won't be able to even gain XP at all for 30 days when the server goes back up. As far as archery a quick search of the discord Q&A says it'll be the same as when the server went down.

You could easily get around this on PC by changing your system time clock. I have no idea if you could do the same on console.
