Archery can hose down some otherwise difficult mobs. I used great bow to chain knock down Malenia in phase 1. Highly recommend the arrow sting and arrow reach quick swaps.

All of his slams with that big shield can be roll timed to not take damage. Took a bit to get it all perfect. The ground fire I mean sometimes you just can't find a spot to dpsing him through it and hafta let him finish and only get 1-2 hits.

Trying to scarlet breath rot him enough and time the two breaths needed to do so was more trouble than it was worth for me. I forced myself to do it anyways. His only truly awful attack is the fast fireball(s) (depending on phase) from range. It is SO fucking hard to not be damaged by either...
