I have a Samsung TV and I'm using ARC. Actually off the top of my head I can't tell you if the Cube is trying to control the stereo at all and letting ARC do everything, probably the latter.

I replaced my Harmony Hub, Fire Stick and v1 echo with a cube. It has an ir extender I've got sitting next to my Onkyo. Working great. Unrelated, Show mode coming to newer Kindles. Releasing a dock for the 8-10 in models for this purpose also.

I picked up Forged Battalion. Early Access RTS w/ progression, a tech tree and customization seems like a neat idea. I only really play these games for comp stomp, rather than competitively.

Got the FireTV cube today, replacing the Fire Stick and the v1 Echo in the living room. It's really nice and 2nd only to maybe Kinect when it comes to navigating around an ecosystem, probably a little faster as well. I can tell it to play Xbox and it'll switch to that input, ask it to go home...

This will probably launch another cycle of Sony shaming over their cross-play policy.

The first game is in the Origin Access vault on PC btw. Installed it and started tinkering, but we'll see if I ever touch it again. Thx gaming add.
