I thought they did a fantastic job with the episode. Would have liked to see Gren vs the Giant but eh whatever. Thorne was actually kind of badass. Have to give him props for at least backing up his mouth unlike that coward Lord Slynt.
They would have had to leave out the whole Jon going after...
I wish this would get the Star Trek treatment. Some gossip said it would cost like 900,000 an episode to re do. Thats insane if so. Apparently it was about 9 million a season for the TNG Blu-Ray.
I watched a show this morning where they followed a Grizzly bear as he moved into polar bear territory thanks to the ice melting so much .They said they were capturing interaction between the species for the first time. Wild stuff.
The best bet is to live and work in Vancouver. Then you get no state income tax and can shop tax free in Portland.
Portland and the Columbia Gorge is a massive step up from Arizona. Can't wait to move back.
I have always looked at it like this, the harder you make it for an ex con to be productive outside prison the more likely he/she is to do something to get back inside.
Keg I know you are just trolling but that is what sentences are for. When it and the probation ends their punishment is...
Yeah it's weird. Literally all the other theaters I have been too in this state are normal prices but this place is dirt cheap. Saw pacific Rim there over the summer last year and bought two large sodas and med popcorn for 10 bucks. It's awesome.
The best thing about this town I just moved too is a 2 year old theater where the ticket prices are 4 dollars matinee and 6 dollars evening. Large soda is 3 bucks. Going to see Edge of Tomorrow there this weekend!
Cruise is a crazy fuck and i certainly do not agree with that Scientology shit but he is a good actor.
I don't generally enjoy musicals but I liked Rock of Ages so much I bought it. It also has everyone actually singing their own parts in it with out enhancements. Cruise took voice lessons...
This is what I was hoping to find out. Stats on teenagers that plotted murder and lacked remorse. I have zero problem with them being tried as children if there is reasonable chance of success. I just don't think there is much. I don't know anything about psychology but the lack of remorse is...
Do I really need to go back to the previous page and quote myself? Oh you.
The reason I was asking before if there have been success helping these kinds of people is for this exact reason .
I'm the only one in this thread that is uncertain. I said I would be okay with them being charged as juveniles if they can be helped. You guys are the certain ones going rabble rabble teh children!
I absolutely feel it has a bearing on how they are charged. The juvenile process is to turn troubled kids into productive adults. Kids that are murdering sociopath's cannot be rehabilitated so why would we give them the juvenile process?
Chaos no shit dumb ass. That's why I asked for examples showing this could be done and so far there has been fuck all for proof .
As far as I know they go to juvenile detention first until 18 or 21 what ever it is. They do not put 12 year olds in gen pop.
How are they going to rehab someone that has no guilt or remorse about trying to murder their friend? A friend that had done absolutely nothing to them?
Would you trust your children around them in 10 years? If not why are you willing to risk other people's kids?
I don't think they will be rehabilitated period. I am will to be proven otherwise if the statistics show it but the girl was not even contrite once caught.
