how fucking old are you? Moore's law is going to march right past 8k gaming in a few years.

That's a big question (distance to TV) but I'd be willing to sit 2 feet from a 55" 8k TV if game devs made a UI that would support that. I'm already at a disadvantage in some games right in front of my 34" ultra-wide when playing games that anchor critical UI elements to the bottom / sides.

Hard to beat a 4x mage + enc + cle group. Enchanter pulls/CC's/tashes, a mage malos and everyone blows the fuck outta everything while the cleric heals. If you're concerned about KSing, 6x necros is great because at high levels you can occupy between 1 and 6 zones and just FD until mobs spawn...

It depends, what are you trying to do and are the 5 necros boxed? Problem with a necro murderball is that unless you're splitting DPS or something the necros' most lethal option, DoTs, aren't nearly as effective because mobs die too quickly. They'll just be sending their pets in and spamming...

Just did almost all of the first quest in PoF because I wanted a raptor and then got DC'd. Not upset about it, but is that a common occurrence? It was my first instance in years and the first time I got DC'd since starting to play again.

Too bad NVIDIA doesn't take my advice and sell these things for 3x the price until supply meets demand. They could make tens of thousands of dollars and all it would cost them is a massive amount of negative press for price gouging and intentionally trashing their supply.

Why not? These guys are professionals and there is a steady influx of high-demand electronics that they can use their pre-existing tools for. Someone buying a mere 10 of these cards can flip them for a huge markup which you can then use for the next electronics release.

Using spawn times as a gating mechanic to introduce difficulty is the most boring of options. Next TLP should have an option with mobs having double damage, double health and being immune to charm, among other things.
