The class level milestone quests don't give bonus XP for HQ items. Usually the base requirement itself is a regular or HQ version of an item (it will tell you). Crafting leves, on the other hand, do give bonus XP for HQ handin. The GC daily also gives you double XP/seals for HQ handins.

There are no human/non-feral ghoul NPCs. There are robot and AI system NPCs you interact with/give you quests/etc. There is also a friendly super mutant merchant. Speaking of which, I need to track him down, apparently he is the only source of the metal building plan schematics for your base.

If bombers get nerfed, then not really. AA guns ruined flying in BF1 because they would deny like 80% of the map and made flying pretty worthless unless you had people on the ground distracting players from otherwise getting in a AA gun.

Levels after 50 are mostly useful to pick cards you didn't pick pre-50, so best used for stuff like crafting/secondary builds/etc.
