I'd say most people thought Oathbringer was the worst of the series so far, mainly due to the long boring stretch in the middle (and the cucking of Kaladin for most of the book, imo). There are some nice backstory drops in the book though, and it does end very well.
For me it was mainly the change in art style, which you can really see with Genos.. it looks off. The animation quality itself isn't that bad, and becomes really good towards the end.
Lord Melloi and Cop Craft are still the best of this season so far. Arifureta ep2 was better and explained a bit more, looking good. I was kinda expecting more from DanMachi, but its just the first episode.
Just watched "Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou" and I'm wondering if I missed an Ep.00? The show description says its about a high school class that gets teleported to a different world where each has special powers / abilities, except the MC is way below the rest. This Ep. 1 seems to take...
When the womens world cup tourney starts generating billions of viewers, and even more billions in pure money, they can start bitching about FIFA being unfair, imo. FIFA probably doesn't put in much effort in promoting or making deals for that to ever happen, but there has to be an interest in...
So far I've watched:
Fire Force - Animation / Artstyle is good, maybe a bit too heavy on "special effects", but solid intro. I'll be disappointed if the MC's baby bro turns out to be the big bad.
Kanata no Astra - Felt like there was a bit too much comedy in this. Hopefully it gets a more...
It is there, but kinda subtle. I'm only on episode 7, but the more I think about how the season has played out, the worse I think it is. Good overall so far, but it reminds of how The Big Bang Theory lost focus on what made it good.
Not sure I would call Ghostmane a "soundcloud rapper" as that would make people who haven't heard his old stuff think of a totally different genre/sound. Yes he raps, but he nothing at all like a "hip hop" rapper that most would think of.
CD Project Red made a tweet about it, but it wasn't that clear given their ToS. They said something like it would be bad to sell a dvd containing their product, which in my mind would also apply to a sub only stream of their products (since the streamer would be charging a fee to view Witcher 3...
So Twitch rolled out the Sub Only stream thing, and some ppl are asking if that violates various ToS of companies like Riot / Blizzard:
Twitch’s subscriber-only streams violate ToS from Valve, Blizzard, and Riot Games
Reading through the Blizzard ToS about streaming seems to indicate that Live...
Yea, you get the mount if you purchase it directly (or purchase a 6 month sub), or have a 6 month recurring sub running (not sure if you get the gift at the recurring date).
I'm going to laugh if Blizzard removes the /spit emote for considering a form of harassment. Asmongold made a rant about the new store mount (the 4 in the last 6 months?) and was telling ppl to /spit on whoever was riding it. You can imagine the shitstorm, lol.
