The problem with Mercy res is it brings you back to life, full hp/all abilities good to go, with a very short period of invulnerability for the resurrected player. This is especially broken when used on tank characters. Only way they could balance it is to give the player "res sickness" or...

U7 was 2nd from bottom. Merging all the universes into it would boost them up average wise. The lowest wasn't that much lower than them if I recall, then you're adding another bunch of them with higher levels. Average would work out to be better than current U7 level.

That's why you get a manual for really cold areas. Even if battery gets drained, you can jump start your car by popping the clutch.

It honestly makes the most sense for all the deleted people/planet of the erased universes to be merged until U7. If they just restored the universes, they would still have low power levels. If everyone is lumped into U7, suddenly U7 is top dog powerwise (or pretty damn high in any event)...
