That rumor about a cap on Faction rank where you only get shaders past 30 doesn't appear to be true. I'm at rank 34 with FWC still getting gear (random / faction) and shaders.

They think its easier. Bungie could have just placed the tokens inside the chest at the end of a Lost Sector, say 4, and people would probably be more spread out. About populated zones. If you're in a 2-man team, my experience so far has been that you are never placed in a populated zone, but...

Same, but I usually have Hawthorne's shotgun, it is such a beast for fast single target dmg.

Dead Orbit pulse rifle, Three Graves, isn't bad. It is slow, good range, and has Outlaw, the rest of the DO guns are bleh.

I tried out True Prophecy for a bit, but the reload is so slow I would have to use it on a Gunslinger Hunter with some reload mod, which I won't do, plus I dislike HC's atm. Trying out the DO weapons today as I get them, so far the HC, Sidearm and Shotgun are all... blah.

Turning in Zavala's engram unlocks the luminous Milestones, and at 265 he would get a nice boost from it so that once he started turning in the Luminous he would get even more boost.

That is fine, Vorph's post didn't make sense. =) Just don't turn in all the new Milestones at once, space them out before reset. Turn one in, see a small boost, then farm gear to cap, then turn in another Milestone, etc.

Probably, I haven't touched PvP other than just talking to Shaxx, each character is at that stage where you need to finish a couple matches, but now all can do the daily challenge.

Na, I figured it out finally. I guess I never talked to Shaxx on my Hunter, once I did the daily challenge milestone popped up, now I can do them on each character. Edit: People on Reddit are a bunch of crybabies and armchair devs.

I think running the nightfall might be easier if you ran it at 240, running it at 296 seemed really brutal with the damage you can take (vandal snipers can just about one shot my warlock, but it only has like 4 resilence).

Yea, I would advise shooting from way up in the air and avoid shooting at rushing mobs. ahem.

If you like D1 Vanilla for a month or so, you'll really enjoy D2, it lacks the depth of content and refinement that D1 at the end had/has, but it is a much better foundation.

This doesn't appear to work 100%, the base power is dependent on the gear the character is wearing, rather then a rating based on all gear.

Shoot the boss when he is climbing the walls, if you see him, that will kill him instantly... or so I hear. Edit: Hm, Eris is still around, but according to Ikora she is "off on some business with the Hive". I can see some upcoming event dealing with her return.
