Graphics are awesome, everything else is awful. I've read they're gonna change how PvP works but I think it's the same "PvP is awesome but let's prevent ganking" stuff they're doing since kr beta. Also gameplay is still very underwhelming.

With 1.03 patch they reduced keyboard input lag and I managed to make a run at editing the input.ini file. I'm beginning Velen and right now the game is beautiful with some config.ini tweaks and the lore / story / immersion are quite good. Combat / movement is slightly clunky sometimes but...

In The Witcher 3 floaty controls or input lag isn't character inertia, with mouse / keyboard it's when you hit a movement key and the character starts moving ~0.5s after. Activating hardware cursor acceleration improves mouse, but it doesn't do anything keyboard wise, it still feels...

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Official Website Sums up my problems with the game so far. I'm not nitpicking and I won't ask for a refund, I'd love to play the game but the UI / lag input problems really destroy immersion.

Playing this game with keyboard + mouse controls is really painful, you have to go through the input.ini file to change keybinds, some of them are still hardlocked and there's like 300ms keyboard input delay wherever you hit a key.

Anyone found a way to rebind locked and movement keybinds ? Modifying the user.ini file doesn't seem to do anything.

Yep, I wanted better and I got disappointed. On the other hand it's not a dealbreaker to me, I'll still play the game on day 1. I'm just sad The Witcher 3 PC version got console graphics. What I call myself shit tier. I will.

I didn't say shitty graphics, I said console shit level tier. If you enjoy 1080/900/720p @ 30fps setups, fine by me. But I don't think because console tech stalled around 2012 we PC gamers have to deal with it.
