You just need 496 ilvl to do it, but if the highest LFR you did was Mogushan Vaults/Klaxiva/Terrace of Eternal Spring, then you'll probably want to get some stuff from Timeless Isle (496 ilvl). If you supplement that with some ToT LFR (502 ilvl), you should be able to get in no prob.

Back in vanilla, we did an almost pure melee-only kill of Nagafen because all the healers and casters went to bed after we finished clearing Isle 3 in Sky and Vox.

If you watch the deleted scenes from season 2, the lesson is "If you try to help old people, The Governors men will execute all of you and leave the survivors as zombie food".
