Yes. Some oddities with the game getting confused about whose turn it is, and you can't see the other players challenge rolls. We are kind of waiting till the rolls go in, really want to laugh at people for failing rolls.

Yea unreal has navmesh stuff built in. The actor stuff might have some kind of move along path function. I do really like the new stand-and-fight AI option, great for archers.

Played all day with a friend, good good fun. It did break alot though. Sometimes combat just gets kind of stuck and nobody knows whose turn it is or what the holdup is. Most fights are fine though.

I was thinking the same thing, seems like I checked it yesterday and it said 10. I'm nervous about that now because that new world game said win 10 and actually meant it. It did run but would crash like crazy.

There are a bunch of server settings you can tweak like player dmg, monster dmg etc. Balance mods are usually done via funcom blueprint modification which you probably won't want since they are patching often.

I have a vague idea of what is going on but nothing for sure yet. Some of the friends on my server know what is going on (I suspect they just looked it up online) but they know I like to figure things out.

Yea the only thing that is handy is some of the armor sets having stat bonuses like Vitality. I use alot of heavy Yamatai for that on soldiers. The expansion tier 3 house set is really nice. Real windows and skylights!

I got a youtube ad for this during watching :emoji_owl: I'm guessing this is the current expansion for the original? Lovely music and art but the lighting has that flat anime look. Maybe using unreal will help with that.

Now and then they will show pro teams with voice, and you can see why flanks / surrounds are so effective. Voice is so noisy they can't even tell they are being shot at from an off angle. None of it is even necessary. REIN REIN REIN REIN etc. That and some of the teams playing in bright...

BTW if you want good companion AI, I recommend Testerie's Better Thralls mod. It lets more follow you around and such. My own bouncy castle mod is good for preventing fall damage on thralls as they are stupid and will dive off cliffs sometimes.

I know modders were working on city stuff to make things feel a bit more alive. I don't know how far they got. The main AI problem I have is putting archers up at the crenellations and they either dumbly shoot the stone or run down into the castle to get stuck at the gate instead of just firing.
