    We had a ham for Christmas and just made up a pot of split pea soup with the ham bone. Took all of 30 minutes start to finish. Did a manual release on the instant pot and it's under so much pressure you don't even have to use the immersion blender.

    Yup, instant pot can just replace your slow cooker as it can do both. Hoping to make it over to a farm the next town over and finally get a hold of some good beef short ribs tomorrow. Also going to make my first attempt at making Greek yogurt in the instant pot this weekend.

    Creamy Loaded Potato Soup - Jo Cooks This was one soup I did and loved, I added some broccoli for mine. Agree with @TJT about doing pork ribs. Gonna look for some beef short ribs later today and give those a try tonight/tommorow.
