Chaos Cult took another nerf this last balance data slate. We won't be as dominate as we have been in the past, but still a good kill team. Pathfinders and Karskin got majorly buffed in that same data slate, and with the new season & terrain, they are expected to dominate for atleast the next...

While that is still quite a bit of money towards the CBT, that still isnt the whole enchilada that should be contributing towards their number. There are probably 5 or 6 organizations (NYY, NYM, LAD, BOS, PHI are the 1st ones that come to mind... I am sure there could be more) that can pull off...

As far as I know relics from detattachments are gone, its all enhancements now. Granted, Custodes are still an Index faction until the Spring. I don't know anything about marines, necrons, nids, and ad mech codexes since they are the only ones out with them atm.
