The bottom for a lot of things only lasted seconds in some cases. Network was just too overloaded to quickly process...and if by the time it gets around to processing if the price difference is above a threshold it'll reject.

HOLY FUCK. MATIC just hit $2.50 again while Bitcoin is down $6000 and Ethereum is down below $3000. This shit is wild to watch. It could actually pass its previous ATH from earlier today any time now. Edit: and $2.64...

I just got home from dinner and hanging out with the girlfriend. Been watching the prices all evening. Hmm...not sure what to make of this. MATIC is actually doing surprisingly well given everything. But is it gonna continue back to to $1.75...$1.50...and so on. I'm in it for 70 cents so...

Question... How big of an advantage is it to stake your own 32+ Ethereum vs. the pools where people have lower numbers? Is it substantially more interest? Just advantageous because you aren't committing your coins to someone else?

I'm thinking about it this way... Ethereum 2.0 fully coming into play is like what, a couple of years off? Even more than that? Less? Polygon / L2 in general is going to become ensconced in the world of crypto before Ethereum itself solves what L2 does. By the time Ethereum is as cheap to use...

My play...I got a $30,000 loan of USDT from $2.38 MATIC...converted it to MATIC...now I'm going to wait for MATIC to get up to 4, if not 5 (depending on how strong it looks) and repay the loan. If MATIC goes up to 5, I'll net around 6000 coins.

Yeah, I think I'm gonna stick with Polygon at least for the rest of this year. Ethereum is the play long term, but I think there's more explosive growth here for the time being on this momentum. It's performed exceptionally well even during market distress.

Ethereum creeping to 3000 and MATIC is still hovering near 1.70. Gotta admit I’m a tinge curious myself about selling. I think if ETH breaks to 2900 and if by that time MATIC is *still* in the 1.60s I’ll probably sell on the precipice of god knows what.

Way too much strength to sell. If ETH or BTC has a big uptrend this week, which I suspect will happen short of any catastrophic bad news, it’s gonna fly to likely new ATH to $2+ possibly. The fact it’s hovered this close to its ATH in this downturn speaks a lot about it.

I bought back in at 1.57. Missed the 1.49. I gained around 2000 coins by selling this morning and buying back in, so all good thus far.
