most sniper rifles have the ability to "dope" your scope. Meaning you change the distance at which the center of the crosshairs will hit. If you set it to 500m, the bullet will fire so that at 500m it will hit where the center of your crosshairs are. I havent messed with it too much in bf4...

I was having about 1/3 games crash before the "fix." After a couple 3hr sessions, it seems only marginally improved. I had a couple times when the sound would freeze for a second, (would crash game pre-patch) and it continued to work post-patch.

You can increase the quality of the item again for a higher chance to get more sockets/links, but each use of fusing/jeweller will eat any quality on item. At least that's how I see it, haven't tried yet.
