bow is hard for people who don't have a firm grasp on what they're doing and how they want to push. that said, deadeye lightning arrow should be just fine up to t8. Maybe swap something for bosses. I'm sure there's builds on the forums, all 3.1 builds will just be flat out better than before.

The wording in POE has some big differences between 'more' and 'increased' damage so that carries over to how it's discussed. You're not wrong, but you're getting confused by the wording POE uses on it's nodes / gems / items. Pretty good little run down: [Question] what is the difference...

More /= increased in poe. the word 'more' in poe describes what you're saying. Increased describes strait up damage like in your first sentence. it's 45% more damage which is why it's broken.
