And got a legendary on all my 110s now. Sephuz on my Elem Shaman (first 110 but barely played it until recently). First sephuz on any char (also have no shield neck) so it was bound to happen! Not a terrible item for an Elem shaman, especially with 7.1.5 buff to it, I guess.

The "picking the best legendary for the best situation" should be considered with a previous answer, where they said they weren't concerned about the RNG because someone who played all the time for the entire expac would "probably" have all the legendaries they wanted by the time the expac ends.

Spec specific ones (so, most legendaries) need to have a way to be acquired outside of RNG, I agree. I don't see that happening though, Blizzard is stubborn as fuck with shit like this. I expect we'll be stuck with this shit system for the entire expac with everything changing again in 8.0.

I still only have 2 legendaries (one for the wrong spec but that's my own fault, other is utility BS). I've taken to just "forgetting" they even exist since it is a completely RNG-retarded system that detracts from the fun of the game.
