World quests are pretty retarded, we can agree there. I do my 4 daily and that's it. I don't even look at the rewards anymore, I just look for which 4 are fastest because anything that is in a world quest is just faster to get some other way.

Yeah, Mythic guild out gearing content is totally the same as LFR. You're my hero :) We still split them on heroic because we generally carry like 10 people who are way undergeared and two healer the whole thing. If everyone played their mains keeping them together makes sense.
