Most guilds allow casuals. Most of those allow casuals to attend farming runs. If you're interested in gearing I would suggest finding a guild that you can join alt runs when you are free.

I like the random dungeon aspect of it. I do think there are two that need tuning (HoV and BRH). If it was "pick your own" everyone would literally only farm Maw because getting 60k AP for 5 minutes of work is better then whatever gear you could ever get unless you hit a random 890+ titanforge.

Between streaming revenue and sponsorship's you can bring in the big bucks of like 30k a year pretty easy if you have enough of a following. There is a reason some of the top guilds have gone from having zero females to now being like 20% female. They can get streaming revenue pretty easy.

I feel like the aoe stun on demand in a +20 is super important. I might be crazy though.

I would bench a frost DK over an Enhancement Shaman every day of the week. In comparable gear the aoe dps is lower, the single target dps is lower, they do not have an on demand aoe stun and they do not add group run speed. They are literally worse in every way.

ITT - People who smoke a lot of crack.

Enhance Shaman is one of the best DPS classes in the game currently. They also bring along another AOE stun.

You're not getting autodeclined because you're balance. You're getting autodeclined because every time a group goes up looking for DPS like 400 people apply.
