    Hearthstone

I don't think he was stunned at all. You could tell he was waiting for Brawl to come out. The fact it took the Warrior a little time obviously gives some false hope, maybe mistaken as "stunned". And yea, the play isn't that difficult to see. Anytime you run Pyro & Hunter's Mark you are...

    Overwatch

I was one of those Engineers that would sneak behind enemy lines to setup base at enemy flag. So fun. You're right the double CTF usually resulted in DM mode, still fun as hell, and it comes down to map design. 2Fort was heavily fortified, easy to defend... new maps can put flags in more open...

    Overwatch

2Fort was my home in TF2. I don't buy the excuse for CTF in Overwatch. There's many solutions they could implement, like flagholder can't use any special abilities, or gains different abilities, or just disables blinking abilities.

Actually Itzena raises a good point about Finley, he'll probably work very nicely in Murloc Shaman. And I'm kinda scared for the Rag or Jaraxxas hero power on turn 2.

    Hearthstone

Initial Impressions: Cards that could see some play are underlined. Temple of Orsis: Djinni of Zephyrs:not bad. 6 health is nice. Not much can kill it after its played. Seems best in Druid or Priest, maybe Shaman if you can combo with windfury+rockbiter, heck, maybe even Warrior...

    Hearthstone

I don't care how bad it'll be, Ill be trying to make a golden monkey deck. I could see putting it into a Spare part deck (Mage) or even a Rogue deck. Rogue has lots of board control and draws and even Gang Up and Burgle to create more cards (to eventually become legendaries). Should be...

    WarCraft (2016)

There's no guarantee this movie will make gangbuster money, in fact it could easily flop. The budget is 100 million not counting advertising. The director is new and unproven. With only 1 indie movie and 1 B movie credit before Warcraft. The actors are largely unknowns The CGI looks bad...

    Overwatch

I feel so old when people here don't even know who Tigole is He did say "when you buy Overwatch you get all maps/21 heroes..... " and then said you could also buy the Origin edition. So yea, the earlier info seems accurate. $40 for base, $60 for origin.

wonder if they'll release any cards that slow the game down enough to play that golden monkey.... probably not.

I'm not going to complain about the pricing, it will help battle against Bots/Hackers a little. However, in 1995 games didn't have microtransactions. I've spent more on MTX in the past year then any box cost+subscriptions from the '90s. EQ for a year was less expensive then my MTX purchases...

    Overwatch

Yea, true, that accounts for some of it. But still a couple popular guys on right now (Seagull / Ster), and the game only has 12k viewers. If people are really hyped they'll find someone to watch regardless. It's currently 10th on Twitch. I do believe the game will be very popular but it's also...

    Overwatch

I bet a ton of people are going to be like Slippery with this game. Seeing the stream numbers is rather concerning considering the hype. I do wish I was in beta just cause right now is a dead zone for my gaming time. LoL is boring until the Pre-Season starts and Hearthstone is meh...

    Hearthstone

Even Control Warrior can't run that many Legendaries. My Control Warrior usually runs: Harrison/Sylvanas/Boom/Gromm/Alex/Geddon/Justicar as Core. I feel like you can maybe squeeze in 1 flex, but not always: Ysera/Rag/Nef. Emperor is wasteful in Control. Troggzor is decent as a flex if you...

    Hearthstone

For Control/Fatigue Warrior you should have both Justicar and Grommash, if you can't get both then hold off. Ysera mainly for Dragon Priest, could put in Control Warrior later. Thalnos for Rogue, but no top-tier Rogue deck atm Vol'Jin isn't priority. Antonidas for most Mage decks...

    Hearthstone

The brawl is kinda fun. Even with a sub-par intellectual on the other side you can still manage to win. I think Priest has a better chance to "carry" the match. 1-1 in 2 tries. First as Paladin we were 1 turn from winning but my partner had 9 health and Mecha had 10 attack to finish him off...

    League Of Legends

Spotting 1 win doesn't really matter. The underlying MMR will still be whatever it is and affects how fast a person can advance. Making promos a bit more lenient is fine, they can be the most frustrating things. I've lost 4+ promos in a row just from winning in the wrong order. I've had 6 game...

    Overwatch

There's more to balance than Champion win percentages in MOBA games. As Draegen said, Azir is a contested pick professionally. There's also Item & World balance. Starcraft only needs to look at the 3 races, no neutral items or global objectives to worry about. Regarding Overwatch, looks like...

    Titanic

Watched Titanic on HBO with the wife. Haven't seen the movie for 15+ years, last time I saw it was on VHS. Even in theaters back in 1997 it was from film, so not as perfect as digital. Seeing it in HD really impressed me. It looks much better than I ever remembered and for an 18 year old movie...

professional TF2 has class restrictions for non-pro games I am mostly against restrictions. These games are more fun with flexibility. Also the MOBA toxicity would come over... "Sniper or Feed", etc. I'll be ok with MOBA restrictions if they end up having a huge roster of heroes. For that...

Doublelift isn't the worst move to make. He did perform better than WT this past season and is considered the best NA ADC. Getting Doublelift means they can get 2 foreingers to fill 2 of the last 3 positions. The only other good options for ADC would be taking a foreigner which would then limit...

    Overwatch

From watching streams only, Blizzard has done a great job so far with all of the characters. Tracer stands out because she can make the flashy outplays, but most players will be dogshit with her imo. She's like Scout from TF2... very fast paced and easy to be bad with.

    League Of Legends

Game times should drop slightly on average but I imagine you should always expect at least 30min games and possibility of 45+. The changes they implement will simply start the action sooner, which could lead to quicker snowballs and thus quicker wins, but if both sides are playing the...

Season 6 changes look good so far. The changes seem like they'll speed up the game a bit which is something that's sorely needed. Lots of complaining about a stale & slow metagame atm. The masteries overhaul is intelligent and finally meaningful. The new items are powerful and serve to provide...

I halfway agree with Draegen. Anet has some really awesome people but also really dumb people... and the really dumb ones seem to be the final say in a lot of things. Story time: Back in April 2011 I got into the F&F phase of testing. There were only about ~200 testers invited at the...

If you never got into TF2 then this will likely bore those same people. Also watching bad players is extremely boring in FPS games. Twitch is a fickle place. The Overwatch viewership drops each day. Right now Dyrus is leading with 9k viewers but if he was playing LoL he'd be at 20k easily. Being unskilled at FPS games makes him practically unwatchable. Who's worth watching right now? I found Summit1g to be the best...

You talking about my numbers or did Tenks post some figures somewhere that I missed? Assuming you reference mine: they are intentionally low, and I made that clear. Streaming hours are low, subs are low, donations are low. It's still ~30K/year with really low numbers. Streaming to 4k average...
