you're talking about migratory paths and microbes. the industrial revolution has taken up 0.01% of human history. that's a really small sliver of the fossil record to look at.

again, microbe detection has nothing to do with determining whether a species that was around for 3 million years was technologically advanced for less than 1% of that time.

but none of that stuff makes you think "hey maybe these creatures were smart enough to get to the moon" i think you underestimate how much digging would be required to find the few things that would remain after 10 million years. human cities only make up about 1% of the Earth's surface.
