Gamepass is apparently a giant clusterfuck to get releases approved. So I'm guessing it's probably sitting there waiting for someone to look it over. It's likely a Microsoft issue and not the developer.

Yeah, we played the Gamepass version for a couple hours last night and then went and bought the Steam version. It's not like it's a completely different game, but it's just much more polished. They should be embarrassed with what they released on Gamepass.
