There's an app or something called ACT, Active Combat Tracker. I haven't used it, but I think it monitors dps in real time. Not certain. Edit: no addons in this game

You should have a bunch of potions from doing PoTD, I found myself using those pretty frequently when there wasn't a healer. A pomander of steel for the boss will make it much more survivable as well.
