I have no plans to switch from the NL I've been using the last year or so. Same price as the US, more storage and more traffic allowance. I can easily max out my 50mbps connection even from the US during non-peak times.(anytime outside of 8-10pm)

Not unless they update the Redzone app to include a Chromecast button to cast it to your TV...which I doubt they would do after hearing about the HDMI thing. You can't cast from mobile web browsers at all, it has to be specifically built into the app you use

I would think that the only issue with placement at all is that your cable modem is still going to have to be near an actual cable jack, to accept the coaxial line going to it. Beyond that, everything else can be sent to whatever room you need via Cat5.
