I can see how someone wouldn't necessarily enjoy American Gods. I liked it personally but I get it. Sandman is really good though. Also randomly, he wrote the story that they made the movie Stardust from which is a legitimately awesome movie.
The way the show ended was fine. I still wouldn't have minded seeing a bit more. I'm skeptical this will both come together and do the show justice. I know 90 percent of this board is on The Wire's nuts but I always thought Deadwood was the best HBO show.
John from Cincinnati was indeed pretty bad. Even worse since it could have been a more fulfilling conclusion to this show instead. HBO rarely has true duds but this was certainly one.
Maybe he's in a 24 player league and is like 10th or so in the draft order and they score passing TDs as 20 points and 1 point for every 4 passing yards?
Well, the main reason it died out was that there were no events in the format. It's always been a thing on MTGO though. It's a cheap format that's not usually too hard to figure out.
Is block constructed still a thing? That's usually pretty cheap and the good cards will be good for standard when rotation hits. A cheapish modern deck isn't terrible either.
Yeah, kind of a random thing. There hasn't been 30 teams all that long and it's 0.003051757% for 15 coin flips to go a specific way. Obviously baseball games aren't exactly coin flips but it's still going to be rare as shit.
Never sold any character/accounts but I did cash out on about 25 million plat during Early OoW when it was time to switch to WoW fulltime instead of just dinking around on beta.
Yeah on his list I would clearly not choose Graham. I'd probably choose Luck myself, but it's not super obvious. There are very good players in the 3rd round and Watkins/Benjamin might be a good bit higher than 9th round or whatever unless your league is like 8 teams.
I wonder if when October rolls around and the apocalypse hasn't happened if he'll ignore questions about September the way he ignores questions about 2012.
Was like that in MoP as well. LFR from previous tiers is going to be pretty much poop gear. They add catch up mechanics, in this case Tanaan and the Garrison crates. In MoP it was Timeless Isle.
Lich King was a pretty good time to be a casual/non raider. Badge gear, Tournament, and your choice of 25 of 1239039082308423 different dailies, plus multiple reps to grind if you wanted to for hat upgrades and tabards.
