My wife caught our little guy tugging at his ear periodically last week. Took him to the pedi and he had the beginnings of an ear infection in that ear.

My brother had s nsst abscess they tried draining by connecting a tube from it to his stomach so that the acid would dissolve it. 2 days later he goes to wipe his ass and feels the tube sliding. Needless to say he freaked the fuck out. They ended up just cutting him open and removing it that way.

So fistula/butt surgery went fine today. Two fistulas that weren't terribly deep but there is some muscle involved so that does complicate things for the follow up surgery. And not gonna lie I was freaked out when I went to wipe my ass and felt Borg tubes and wires sticking out of my asshole...

Dental insurance is the absolute worst. Expensive as fuck, barely pays for anything, and has a low enough cap that one root canal and cap used ALL of my benefits for the year. Thankfully it was at the end of the year and has since reset.

Wisdom teeth are coming out tomorrow. They aren't impacted so insurance won't pay for anesthesia so looks like I'm going in hot. I'm not worried about the pain but having wisdom teeth yanked while awake should sound interesting.

So far so good. It imported all of my settings and drivers without me having to do anything. I just went into all the options and turned all of the automatic sharing, privacy, and bandwidth stuff off.

Well I downloaded a couple window updates files and tried again. Definitely much smoother this time and it seems to be working perfectly.

I think the general rule of thumb is if you didn't enjoy the core gameplay the first time around they did not change anything that will make you enjoy it now for the most part. If you were annoyed by the hardcore mentality they originally took but did enjoy the game then you may still enjoy it...

Yeah pug'ing dungeons was a soul crushing endeavor the first time around. I ran that first level 15 dungeon once on my Warrior on the PTR and even given like 20 seconds people couldn't interrupt that first boss.
