    There is no reason for them to ever not charge for it. Of the 5 people I personally know playing this game, 3 of them paid the $200 for the everything pack. I'm not sure if they will be avilable in a cheaper package later on or not but I don't ever see them being free to play.

    Same as Sterling. I'm not sure if he did, I assume so since it's the norm but we didn't play speed ball. We were always scenarios and capture the flag. I haven't played since the early 2000's, I miss it sometimes.
