I just watched this too and basically felt the same. Foster was so damn good and wouldn’t be shocked if he gets a nomination. It does start to drag pretty hard after 2 hours. It was still a good movie though and would recommend it. I never heard of this guy and it’s a pretty crazy life story.

Thought the second half of season 4 was better than the first half. But the ending was pretty lackluster. A better ending than most shows do but still not great.

Gain more mass? Thats irrelevent to the conversation. Exercise doesnt make you gain weight. Doing cardio before lifting fatigues your muscles so you cant push as hard and increases chance of injury. You do you, but doing cardio after lifting is more beneficial than before.

If you do cardio before lifting youre just taking 2 steps back.

I wasn’t big on that pick either given the bigger needs. From what I read last night there’s concern Carson might be done with that neck injury. But still way to early to take an RB right now. At least he was like the most productive last year.
