Yes but you'll notice the more variety you smoke some cigars have a higher nicotine content or whatever. A strong falvored cigar may or may not have a bigger kick. If you're knew you can temper it a little if you drink something sweet while smoking I have heard, no experience with it.

I have heard you can re humidify them in a humidor. I wouldn't mix them with your good cigars as they'll suck moisture of them too. I'm not sure 10 years is salvagable however. If you can it will take lots of time.

I like the taste which is why I prefer a certain flavor of cigar, the spicier the better which is why I like Don Pepin cigars. Not the fanciest but they have a spicy taste I like. I keep a lot of cigars so I can rest or age them (rest is <2 years, age is >2 years) and I give out LOTS of boxes...
