    Europa Universalis IV

I find following any of the countless guides you can find on reddit / youtube, a good way to achieve things in the game while always learning more and more about the game. It's pretty shameful how little I actually know about the game despite the thousands of hours I've spent in it.

Probably avoid collecting in your home hub since you get that automatically. better off allocating that merchant to transfer from one the hubs feeding into your home. ideally you create a chain of transfering merchants pushing trade along the route that ends in your home collecting hub...

    Dune (2020)

I really enjoy the original movie but I saw it long before I read the books. probably saw it a few times for that matter. As far as sci fi movies goes, it was one of the best options around at the time. Been meaning to rewatch it to see how it holds up against my nostalgia

I really love having metal coins but decided long ago they were far too expensive compared to using, you know, real coins. I tend to collect foreign currencies whenever I can since they were great for being exotic compared to your own currency, while being relatively cheap, and having a good...

Last time I tried tabletop Sim, I found it a bit too complex to setup and do stuff. Is it easier now? Or just better youtubes and tutorials around for it?

    Stellaris

whats the tl;dr of what the new expansion does? I've been out of stellaris for ages even though I really really want to like it. Too often my games end up ebing too tedious and so much of a pita to do what I want.

Made the tough decision to cancel our trip on friday, which was pretty heartbreaking. We figured the travel bans are just going to get worst until we were due to depart, and our itinerary took us via Taiwan for a couple of days and then Amsterdam before arriving in England, and same back, which...

Game play wise is seems like a simpler / lighter version of marvel champions but with unnecessary minis. With that said, I'm tempted just because of the minis since they looks pretty cool and I could use them for decoration or in other stuff maybe.

I'll be there for it! Had to book place in Manchester though since Liverpool is booked out that weekend 😭 Pretty much given up on getting tickets for the Chelsea game but it will be cool watching it in a local pub I think.

I've already been planning for it so I'm in the city when it's on. Only hiccup will be if we're in the FA cup / Champions League final. Good problems to have! Speaking of, I think the way we're winning, and how good we're capable of playing with this team, I'm starting to get greedy and wanting...

Most of Australia's participation in WW2, certainly what is part of our mythos, involves jungle warfare such as Malaya and the fall of Singapore, and the Kokoda Trail and the New Guinea campaign, etc.
