Simply out of curiosity but do diamonds go up in price? Like the gold band could, theoretically, go up in value. I'm aware they use so little gold and the labor costs are so high it probably never would. However are diamonds on the open market subject to trade like gold is?

They never said but I'm going to assume yes. There appears to be the option to play the game online and offline. So if they store the characters locally of course that opens up the door for hacks.
