St Lamia has horrendous rates. The units aren't even guaranteed to appear, and the drop rate on top of that is BAD. Lizeria (3rd zone for each element) is the best spot. I finally got a Mifune to drop, but it was lord. I'll hold onto them for BB fodder I guess.
