No one knows exactly how the SR rating works. As best as been figured out is this. You gain or lose SR for winning or losing...obviously. This is adjusted if you are favorite or underdog in the match vs the other team. Basically if you win as an underdog you gain more SR, if you lose you lose...

I don’t think queue role would work at all. First do you push the 2-2-2 meta only? There situation where 3 dos is good, or the new quad tanks. Those would not be possible under that system.

There's 2 distinct issues with 1-trick in my opinion. Each requiring a different solution. The first is the niche 1-trick like Symmetra and Torbjorn. The issue is that part of their kit is hard to use in all situations. If the other team isn't force to walk past your turret(s), then you're not...

Moira isn't a flanker though, she's a healer first and foremost. If you want to flank, then play a flanker and leave the 2 healer spot to people who will heal.

Now I know Moira gets tons of elims just by throwing her orb around. That said, but holy fuck 71 elims and 65% kill participation on Eichenwald. :)

I have, most do Mercy that's true, I've seen a lot of D'va too. I've had some play reaper, junkrat and zenyetta that I can remember. I know I've seen other heroes too. Reminds me of this joke. What's the difference between the Mercy at master and a Mercy in silver? The rank of her boyfriend. :)

WoW that’s such an horrible idea. They have enough maps for of each type so we shouldn’t see the same map on any given night since only have 3games a night. Except maybe when matches go to 5. That would probably give us more diverse team comp, and different overall strategies.
