I got out of SIlver playing Zen. Most teams won't focus you and you can dps with him to secure kills that your normal dps are failing to do. Plat and below has performance based SR so the game will take your performance into account.

Rally should have never been a permanent shield buff. It should have always fallen off after awhile. It was so advantageous to use it out of teams fight. The D'Va change might be huge.
