its 50% on crit. via ascendant. Pathfinder is 100% on crit, and even then its only borderline worth getting anymore. And THAT comes with flask effect, and easy access to flask charges gained, to make it not terrible. as well as is packed with bleed remove. Ascendant pathfinder is terrible...
