Can't at all. The trap sections kill me because Vaal Pact + no enemies to leech. The writhing jar helps a bit, but not when I can't refill. I know i need to git gud at running traps, but for some reason my leap slam misses its target for inexplicable reasons.

The blood testing stuff is usually pretty expensive. If you just want to know if you are in ketosis or not, use the urine test strips. The actual levels don't matter as much as knowing if you are excreting ketones because you only produce ketones in ketosis.
