I think you're underestimating how demanding some applications on a laptop and desktop can be. Phone SoCs come nowhere near the required power for those.

All class set pieces can't be gambled. And neither can base level 70 legendaries.

Only way to get specific upgrades is blood shards or legendary plans. And farming the legendary mats for the plans seems like a waste of time unless you can do it on a high torment. You'll get your mat after a while, combine it and...it will be a downgrade to your rare.

Unless you have 100% crit chance, your comparison is faulty from the outset. If your current +fire% + 20% leads to a lesser damage increase than 3.5%, the CHD weapon is better. You need a LOT of base +fire% for a 20% increase to only be 3.5% overall increase.

Disagree with your placement of physical and holy. Holy has shit for spenders since all the WoL runes, except for the physical one, blow. If you can put up with the 2s delay, pillar is decent dps wise. I'm hoping they buff WoL damage because I like the playstyle much better than lightning.

Mythic Rhythm is basically a buff with no icon, so I don't know how long it lasts. But it doesn't matter when you expend it. As long as your third generator animation hits a monster, your next spender will get +40%. You can snapshot SW and TR this way.

That's the point, they're gems that drop easily and you likely have tons of already because of how much it costs to combine them. Please fix bells. And OWE. And fire gens. And FoT. And holy gens. And LTK range. And Sweeping Winds being a huge pain in the ass without 3 piece Innas.
