That's true for the marriage counselling level of abuse. Not the 'someone is going to end up dead or in the hospital' level of abuse. The problem with any abuse statistics is that not all abuse is equal.

Problem was very little of the content was permanent, and a lot of it was non-challenging solo instances. The good stuff was really awesome though.

Would you ever rather have a ranger than anything else in PvE though? I understand that rangers are fine in SPvP but outside of that I can't really see where I'd actively want a ranger. In WvW they have the worst ranged attacks in the game.

Engineers are actually insanely powerful, but no one knows this because no one plays them right, so you just assume anyone playing an engineer is an idiot mashing random buttons. They're also totally sick in both solo/small group WvW and zerg WvW if you play them well.

I liked a lot of the Scarlet content and boss fights. Twisted Marionette was a perfect example of how to do a public raid encounter.

Rangers are also just not wanted by most dungeon groups. Some groups will take rangers, but honestly I wouldn't want to be in one of the groups that does take rangers. :P
