It definitely will have you losing muscle mass. The few guys that are heavy lifters that have tried it at my gym, have quit in a couple months. Their goal was to get cut. They all just get worn out, and cant get complete lifting session in, because they are so damn tired.

These guys are getting boxed out the damn gym. They seem to be waiting for the long rebound so they can run and gun, but are missing the whole "put a body on your man" thing.
